Tascam DP 004 Description

Born from Tascam's experience of easy-to-use Portastudios, the Tascam DP 004 arrives on the digital recording scene.

Small and light enough to be carried anywhere, the DP004 stands out from other portable digital recorders by being able to record from two sources simultaneously on to a 2GB SD card (included).

It comes with two ¼” jack sockets where you can plug in microphones or other sources, I.e. guitars, audio devices, etc... and built-in mixing capabilities. You can also record on the fly anywhere creativity strikes with the built-in stereo condenser microphone.

It's an ideal companion for musicians, composers and audio-tech peeps on the move.

Once you've filled all four of the tracks you can bounce-down to one track in order to add more. Using the USB port you can easily transfer your mixes and tracks on to a computer.
