JHS 3 Series Flanger, (Used)

The JHS 3 Series Flanger is an analogue guitar effects pedal designed to produce classic flanging tones. It is housed in a compact metal enclosure suitable for pedalboards and uses true-bypass circuitry to maintain signal integrity when disengaged. The pedal operates on a 9-volt DC power supply and does not support battery operation, drawing approximately 70 mA when in use.

Controls include three knobs — Blend, Rate, and Intensity — which adjust the mix of dry and effected signal, the speed of modulation, and the depth of the flanging effect, respectively. A small toggle switch labeled Tape allows the user to select a vintage-style tape flanging effect, emulating the characteristic sound produced by tape machine manipulation.

Connections are standard 1/4-inch mono input and output jacks. The pedal measures approximately 112 mm × 60 mm × 31 mm and weighs around 210 g, making it easy to integrate into a variety of pedalboard layouts. The combination of straightforward controls and flexible tonal options makes it suitable for subtle modulation or pronounced jet-sweep flanging effects.
