MXR Carbon Copy Deluxe, (Used)

The MXR Carbon Copy Deluxe is an analogue delay pedal that expands on the original Carbon Copy design, offering delay times up to 1.2 seconds. It features dedicated knobs for Mix, Regen, and Delay to control the balance, number of repeats, and delay time, along with Speed and Width controls for the modulation section. The pedal is built with all-analogue circuitry and housed in a durable metal enclosure suitable for stage or studio use.

It includes a tap-tempo function with a subdivision selector that allows dotted eighths, straight eighths, triplets, or sixteenths, enabling rhythmic synchronisation with songs. The pedal also has a Bright switch to enhance high-frequency content for a clearer, more articulate repeat and a Mod switch to introduce subtle chorus- or vibrato-style movement to the delayed signal. These features provide flexibility for creating both vintage-style and modern delay sounds.

Additional functionality includes support for an expression pedal to control delay parameters externally, a “Dry Kill” option for wet-only output, and a Line-Level/Instrument-Level input switch for compatibility with amps or effects loops. The pedal operates on a standard 9-volt power supply or battery and uses true-bypass switching to maintain signal integrity when disengaged.
