Equipped with a solid spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides, the Newporter body shape is mid-sized with a balanced voice that's both articulate and powerful. The Aged Cognac Burst finish adds a great vintage look which now looks quite unique amongst more modern finishes. Built with performance in mind, it comes fitted with a premium preamp system designed by Fender and Fishman voiced specifically for the Newporter's body shape to accurately reproduce the guitar's natural sound on stage.

The Newporter Classic has a no compromise attitude from build quality to performance and tone, featuring quartersawn scalloped X bracing for superior resonance and a tilted back headstock for enhanced sustain. The mahogany neck is a comfortable slim taper C shape inspired by Fender's electric legacy.
