WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
The Analog Man Chorus is all about rich, musical modulation without unnecessary complexity. The analogue circuit produces a smooth, dimensional chorus that works equally well for subtle clean enhancement and more obvious vintage-style movement.
Its two-control layout also makes it very easy to use. Speed controls how quickly the modulation moves, while Depth determines how pronounced the effect becomes, allowing a wide range of useful chorus sounds without menu diving or multiple modes.
DETAILED FEATURES & BENEFITS
NOS MN3007 Bucket-Brigade Circuit
At the heart of the Analog Man Chorus is an NOS Panasonic MN3007 bucket-brigade chip, giving the pedal the warm, organic modulation character associated with classic analogue chorus designs.
Speed Control
The Speed control adjusts the rate of the modulation from slow, gentle movement through to much faster rotary-style sounds, making the pedal suitable for both subtle enhancement and more dramatic effects.
Depth Control
The Depth control determines how strongly the delay time is modulated. Lower settings add width and movement without dominating the dry signal, while higher settings create deeper and more obvious chorus textures.
True Bypass
The pedal uses true bypass switching, allowing the guitar signal to pass through without the chorus circuit affecting the tone when the pedal is switched off.
Low Current Draw
The all-analogue design has a very low current requirement compared with many digital pedals, making it especially easy to integrate into a larger pedalboard power setup.
Higher-Voltage Operation
The mono Analog Man Chorus can operate above standard 9V power, with higher voltage providing additional headroom. This can be useful for players using stronger pickup outputs or looking for greater dynamic range.
Hand-Assembled Construction
Analog Man pedals are hand-assembled in the USA using high-quality components and robust circuit boards, contributing to the brand's strong reputation among boutique pedal users.
WHO IS IT FOR?
The Analog Man Chorus is particularly well suited to players who prefer analogue modulation, vintage-style tones and simple hands-on controls.
It works especially well for clean guitar, indie, alternative, classic rock, funk, pop and ambient styles, but can also sound excellent before or after drive pedals depending on the desired effect.
PLAYING STYLES & APPLICATIONS
The pedal works particularly well for clean arpeggios, rhythm guitar, funk, indie, alternative, ambient textures, classic rock and 1980s-inspired modulation sounds.
At subtle settings it can add width and movement without sounding obviously effected, while deeper settings produce more pronounced swirling and shimmering textures.
HOW IT COMPARES
Analog Man Chorus vs Digital Chorus
Digital chorus pedals often provide more modes and deeper programmability, while the Analog Man Chorus focuses on a simpler all-analogue signal path with classic bucket-brigade character.
Analog Man Chorus vs Basic Analogue Chorus
Many simple analogue chorus pedals use similar general principles, but the Analog Man Chorus adds boutique construction, the NOS MN3007 chip and carefully refined circuitry aimed at preserving clarity and dynamic range.
Analog Man Chorus vs Bi-Chorus
The standard Analog Man Chorus uses one set of Speed and Depth controls, while the Bi-Chorus provides two independently adjustable Speed and Depth settings that can be switched between.

FAIR DEAL MUSIC EXPERT VERDICT ★★★★★
Best suited for: Players looking for a premium analogue chorus with simple controls, vintage-style modulation and boutique build quality.
Customers usually upgrade from: Entry-level chorus pedals, multi-effects units and digital modulation pedals.
Most commonly paired with: Clean valve amps, overdrive pedals, delay and reverb effects, and both single-coil and humbucker-equipped guitars.
Our tip: Start with the Depth around the middle and the Speed low, then increase the Speed gradually. The Analog Man Chorus sounds especially good when used subtly to add width rather than as an obviously heavy effect.
Showroom feedback: The Analog Man Chorus is a strong choice for players who want classic analogue modulation without excessive controls or digital complexity.
