Description
The Gibson Les Paul Studio Faded T in Worn Brown is a solid‑body electric guitar built around a mahogany body with a carved maple top, finished in a worn brown lacquer that gives a vintage‑inspired, muted aesthetic. Its set‑neck construction uses a mahogany neck paired with a rosewood fingerboard featuring 22 medium‑jumbo frets and simple dot inlays. The 24.75″ scale length and traditional Les Paul contours provide familiar playability that suits both rhythm and lead parts across styles.
Electronics on the Studio Faded T consist of a pair of humbucking pickups—typically Gibson’s modern‑voiced pickups—routed through independent volume and tone controls for each pickup alongside a three‑way selector switch. This classic layout delivers a wide tonal palette, from warm, rounded neck pickup sounds to brighter, more articulate bridge tones. The passive circuitry aims to offer dynamic response and clarity whether playing clean or overdriven.
Hardware includes a Tune‑O‑Matic bridge with a stopbar tailpiece for solid sustain and stable intonation, along with sealed tuning machines that support reliable tuning stability. The “Faded T” finish and simplified appointments give the guitar a stripped‑down, road‑ready feel while retaining the core elements of Gibson’s Les Paul design. The combination of traditional build, versatile pickups, and understated aesthetic makes the Studio Faded T in Worn Brown a practical choice for players seeking classic Les Paul tone with a relaxed, vintage‑leaning look.
