Description
Quick Product Summary
The Gretsch Electromatic CVT Double-Cut in Vintage White brings a distinctive retro-inspired solid-body design together with powerful modern playability. Its solid mahogany body features sculpted bevelled contours for a comfortable playing feel, paired with a bolt-on mahogany neck and bound laurel fingerboard.
A pair of Gretsch Twin Six humbuckers with Alnico 5 magnets delivers plenty of punch, midrange presence and clarity, making the CVT equally capable of crisp clean sounds, muscular rhythm tones and driven lead work. A simple master volume, master tone and three-way pickup selector keep operation straightforward.
What Makes the Gretsch Electromatic CVT Special?
The CVT takes a less conventional route than many Gretsch guitars, combining a slim double-cut solid mahogany body with a fast-playing Performance “C” neck profile. The 24.6" scale provides a comfortable response, while the 12" radius fingerboard and medium-jumbo frets create a versatile platform for chords, riffs and lead playing.
Its Twin Six humbuckers are designed for strong output without sacrificing articulation, with a master volume treble-bleed circuit helping retain clarity when the guitar's overall volume is reduced. An adjustable wraparound bridge keeps the hardware streamlined while allowing accurate intonation adjustment.
