Description
Quick Product Summary
The Gretsch G5210-P90 Electromatic Jet Two 90 in Cadillac Green combines classic Jet styling with the raw, expressive character of a pair of P-90-style single-coil pickups. Its chambered mahogany body and arched maple top deliver a lively, resonant foundation with plenty of midrange presence and definition.
Two Gretsch P-90E single-coil pickups provide everything from clear, articulate cleans to gritty blues tones and aggressive overdrive. A Thin “U” mahogany neck, 24.6" scale and 12" radius laurel fingerboard keep the playing feel comfortable, while the adjustable wraparound bridge provides a simple, direct connection between the strings and body.
What Makes the Gretsch G5210-P90 Special?
The G5210-P90 brings a different character to the Electromatic Jet formula. Instead of traditional Gretsch humbuckers, it uses two P-90E single-coils, giving the guitar an open, dynamic response with plenty of bite and midrange authority. Individual pickup volume controls, master tone and a master volume with treble bleed make it easy to shape the guitar for clean, crunchy or heavily driven sounds.
Its chambered mahogany construction helps reduce weight while adding resonance, with the arched maple top contributing additional clarity and attack. Finished in elegant Cadillac Green with nickel hardware and a tortoiseshell pickguard, it delivers unmistakable Gretsch style without excessive ornamentation.

FAQs
What pickups are fitted to the Gretsch G5210-P90?
The guitar features two Gretsch P-90E single-coil pickups, designed to deliver an open, articulate sound with plenty of midrange presence.
What do P-90 pickups sound like?
P-90-style pickups generally provide more body and output than many conventional single-coils while retaining greater openness and attack than a typical humbucker. They work particularly well for blues, rock, indie and alternative styles.
Is the body fully solid?
The G5210-P90 has a chambered mahogany body beneath its arched maple top. This reduces weight and contributes additional acoustic resonance while retaining the focused response of a solid-body electric guitar.
What is the scale length?
The guitar uses a 24.6" / 625 mm scale length, providing a comfortable, slightly more compact feel than many 25.5" scale instruments.
What neck profile does it have?
It features a Thin “U” mahogany neck, paired with a 12" radius laurel fingerboard and 22 medium-jumbo frets.
Can the pickup volumes be adjusted independently?
Yes. Each pickup has its own volume control, alongside a master volume and master tone control.
What does the treble bleed circuit do?
The master volume features a treble bleed circuit, helping preserve high-frequency clarity as you lower the guitar's overall volume.
Does it have a Bigsby?
No. This version uses an adjustable wraparound bridge and tailpiece rather than a Bigsby vibrato system.
What styles of music is it suitable for?
The G5210-P90 works particularly well for rock, blues, indie, alternative, garage, punk and roots-oriented music, although its flexible controls make it suitable for a wide range of styles.
Does it require a battery?
No. The P-90E pickups and controls are passive, so there is no battery to maintain.
What strings are fitted from the factory?
Gretsch supplies the guitar with nickel-plated steel .010–.046 strings.
Does it come with a case or gig bag?
No. A case or gig bag is not included and can be purchased separately.
