Detailed Features & Benefits
100 Watts of Authentic Marshall Valve Tone
The DSL100HR delivers 100 watts of genuine all-valve power, producing the rich harmonic character, natural compression and responsive dynamics that have made Marshall amplifiers legendary. Powered by four EL34 output valves, this amplifier offers exceptional punch, sustain and clarity, making it particularly well suited to classic rock, blues, hard rock and heavy metal.
Switchable 100W / 50W Power Output
A convenient power reduction function allows the DSL100HR to operate at either 100 watts or 50 watts. This provides greater control over the amplifier's output for different playing environments while retaining the characteristic feel and response of its valve-driven circuitry.
Two Channels with Four Distinct Gain Modes
The DSL100HR features two independent channels, each offering two selectable modes. The Classic Gain channel provides Clean and Crunch settings, delivering everything from warm, articulate cleans to vintage Marshall overdrive. The Ultra Gain channel features OD1 and OD2 modes, offering progressively higher levels of distortion, saturation and sustain for modern rock and metal.
Dual Master Volume Controls
Two selectable master volume controls provide additional flexibility for live performance. Guitarists can configure different overall volume levels for rhythm and lead playing, making it easier to achieve a powerful solo boost without significantly altering their core tone.
Comprehensive Tone-Shaping Controls
A traditional three-band EQ featuring Bass, Middle and Treble controls is complemented by Presence, Resonance and Tone Shift functions. These allow precise adjustment of the amplifier's tonal response, from tight, focused low frequencies and cutting midrange to smooth highs and aggressive modern sounds.
Built-In Digital Reverb
The DSL100HR includes independent digital reverb controls for its Classic Gain and Ultra Gain channels. From subtle ambience to more spacious sounds, the integrated reverb adds depth and character without requiring an external effects pedal.
Switchable Series Effects Loop
A built-in series effects loop allows modulation, delay, reverb and other external effects to be integrated into the amplifier's signal path. The loop can be switched on or off, making the DSL100HR particularly useful for guitarists with more elaborate pedalboard setups.
MIDI & Footswitch Compatibility
MIDI connectivity enables the DSL100HR to integrate with compatible external controllers and switching systems. The amplifier also supports Marshall footswitch operation, allowing convenient control over selected functions during rehearsals and live performances.
B-Stock Condition – Full Working Order
This Marshall DSL100HR is offered as a B-Stock amplifier in full working order. The original manufacturer's box is not included.
With its powerful all-valve design and extensive tonal flexibility, this example represents excellent value for guitarists seeking professional Marshall performance at a reduced price.
