What Makes the Roland LX-5-CH Special?
The LX-5 uses Roland's Piano Reality Modeling technology to recreate the complex interactions and resonances of an acoustic piano, allowing the sound to develop naturally with changes in touch, dynamics and pedalling. Its 88-note PHA-50 Hybrid Keyboard combines wood and durable composite materials with escapement, Ebony/Ivory Feel surfaces and High Precision Sensing for detailed control.
A four-speaker Piano Reality Projection system creates a broad and enveloping sound field, while Piano Reality Ambience provides selectable acoustic environments including Studio, Lounge, Concert Hall and Cathedral. Progressive Damper Action pedals and extensive Piano Designer controls further enhance the experience for players who want to personalise the piano's response and character.
Who Is It For?
The Roland LX-5-CH is an excellent choice for progressing students, experienced pianists and families looking for a premium home digital piano with an authentic weighted action and sophisticated acoustic-piano response.
Its adjustable volume, headphone capability and maintenance-free digital design also make it a strong alternative to an acoustic upright for homes where quiet practice, flexibility and freedom from regular tuning are important.
