The UD-BT01 connects to the USB-To-Host port of the instrument. NOTE: Any USB mains adaptor can be used to power this device but it is NOT included.

Simple and easy wireless connection of instruments with a USB TO HOST terminal to iOS devices and Mac makes it easy to use a wide range of music applications wirelessly for even more enjoyable performing and composing. Wirelessly connect your iOS devices (iPhone/iPad/iPod touch) to your instrument with Bluetooth and avoid having to reconnect every time you play. Use music apps without cables and enjoy the freedom that wireless technology brings to your performances.

How to Connect

  • You will need to connect UD-BT01 to a USB AC adaptor as a power source

  • Plug the included USB cable into the USB TO HOST terminal of the instrument and connect UD-BT01

  • Open the app on your iOS device

  • In the app, turn on MIDI Bluetooth

    Dedicated MD-BT01/UD-BT01 Utility iOS App

    The MD-BT01/UD-BT01 Utility allows you to change the names (*) that appear on your iOS device to suit your preferences when using multiple MD-BT01s and UD-BT01s devices. This utility app also keeps your MD-BT01 or UD-BT01 updated with the latest firmware.
