Gretsch G2622T Streamliner Torino Green, (Used)

The Gretsch G2622T Streamliner Torino Green is a semi‑hollow, double‑cutaway electric guitar built with a laminated maple body and a spruce centre‑block to combine resonance with feedback‑resistant volume. The body is finished in gloss Torino Green and features white binding with black/white purfling, F‑holes, and a slightly arched top/back. The neck is made of nato with a thin “U” profile, fitted with a laurel fingerboard sporting a 12″ radius and 22 medium‑jumbo frets. Scale length is 24.75″. 

Electronics consist of dual Broad’Tron BT‑2S humbucking pickups (neck and bridge). Controls include separate volume knobs for each pickup, a master volume knob, a master tone knob, and a 3‑way toggle selector switch for pickup selection (bridge / both / neck). The bridge is an anchored Adjusto‑Matic with a Bigsby B70 vibrato tailpiece and the hardware is nickel‑plated, including sealed die‑cast tuning machines.

This guitar balances semi‑hollow warmth and body resonance with enough solidity to stay tight under distortion or high volume. The Broad’Tron humbuckers deliver a fuller, more powerful sound than typical single‑coils, and the Bigsby vibrato adds expressive potential while the lower‑mass body and centre‑block help control feedback — making it versatile for clean, crunchy, or overdriven styles.
