The PRS SE DGT Gold Top is built around a mahogany body with a flame maple top, showcasing the warmth and midrange clarity typical of PRS instruments. Its set-in mahogany neck features the David Grissom “DGT” profile with a 10″ rosewood fretboard and 22 frets, designed to offer smooth, comfortable playability reminiscent of vintage McCarty instruments.

At its heart lie two PRS DGT “S” humbuckers voiced for a classic yet articulate tone, offering rich humbucker warmth and expressive coil-tap capability via a push/pull master tone control. The control layout includes individual volume knobs for each pickup and a three-way selector, giving players flexibility to dial everything from full humbucker crunch to crisp single-coil chime.
