Fender Paramount PS-220E, (Used)
The Fender Paramount PS-220E is a compact parlour-style acoustic-electric guitar with a refined, vintage feel. It has solid mahogany back and sides, paired with a top available in either solid Sitka spruce or mahogany, giving it a warm, articulate voice with focused projection. The body is finished in gloss polyester, with feathered checkered purfling and an aged-white binding that highlight its classic design.
Its slim-taper mahogany neck is comfortable to play and topped with an ovangkol fingerboard featuring 20 frets and snowflake-shaped pearloid inlays—a nod to vintage aesthetics. The scale length is 25.3″ (643 mm), and the nut is made from bone, providing a smooth feel and stable tuning.
For amplification, the PS-220E is equipped with a Fender/Fishman Presys VT Plus soundhole system that combines a piezo undersaddle element with a body-sensing transducer. It includes a volume control and blend knob to mix between the two pickup sources, allowing for a balanced amplified reproduction of both string and body vibration.
