Strymon blueSky Reverberator, (Used)
The Strymon blueSky Reverberator is a reverb pedal designed to deliver studio-grade ambience in a compact format. It offers three primary reverb types — Plate, Room, and Spring — each built to emulate classic reverb environments with high resolution and detailed decay characteristics. Plate produces smooth, lush tails suitable for expansive ambience, Room provides natural spatial reflections, and Spring recreates the lively, resonant character associated with vintage amplifier reverbs.
Each reverb type can be paired with three modes: Normal, Mod, and Shimmer. Normal provides a clean, unaltered reverb response, Mod adds subtle to pronounced modulation to the reverb tail for extra movement, and Shimmer introduces pitch-shifted harmonics that create airy, atmospheric textures. Controls for Decay, Pre-Delay, Mix, and Damping allow precise shaping of the reverb’s length, onset, tonal brightness, and wet/dry balance, giving the pedal a wide sonic range suitable for subtle enhancement or immersive ambient soundscapes.
The pedal supports stereo operation with dedicated left and right inputs and outputs, preserving stereo image when used in more complex rigs. It uses an analog dry path to maintain the clarity of the direct signal and offers selectable true or buffered bypass depending on setup needs. Powered by 9 V DC and housed in a durable chassis, the blueSky is built for both studio reliability and live performance use, with a “Favorite” footswitch that allows instant recall of a stored setting.
