The Polar 4 Audio interface from Blackstar is specially designed by guitarists for guitarists, to enhance your guitar DI signal in a way that brings back the coveted feel and response of playing through a real valve guitar amplifier.

Equipped with FET instrument inputs, Polar provides ultra-low noise and high headroom for the best sonic foundation for your guitar tone.  The "Enhance" feature restores the touch, feel and response of playing a real amp via a unique circuit built to mimic the input stage of a real amplifier. When active, "Enhance" mode allows you to drive Polar's preamps like a real amp without worrying about digital clipping.

Polar's microphone preamps deliver warm, rich tones and authentic character which bring out the natural clarity and air from vocal performances.
