The Ibanez SR300EB in Candy Apple is a 4-string electric bass from the Soundgear (SR) series, built around a lightweight contoured body and slim-profile neck design. It features a double-cutaway body finished in high-gloss Candy Apple red with black hardware, paired with a bolt-on 5-piece maple and walnut neck and a 34-inch scale length. The neck uses the SR4 profile with a 24-fret jatoba fingerboard and a 38 mm nut width, giving the instrument a compact and fast-playing feel.

The hardware includes an Accu-cast B120 bridge with 19 mm string spacing, sealed die-cast tuning machines, and a streamlined body contour designed for balanced seated and standing playing positions. The SR body shape uses deep ergonomic carving and reduced body thickness compared to more traditional bass designs, contributing to lower overall weight and easier upper-fret access.
