The Fender American Acoustasonic Jazzmaster in Ocean Turquoise is a U.S.-made hybrid guitar that blends acoustic resonance with the offset body shape of a Jazzmaster. Its fully chambered mahogany body and solid Sitka spruce top create a lightweight, responsive instrument, while the satin turquoise finish and sculpted forearm and back contours give it a modern, comfortable feel. Fender’s Stringed Instrument Resonance System enhances natural tone, letting the guitar sing whether played unplugged or amplified.

The mahogany neck features a Modern “Deep C” profile over a 25.5-inch scale and is topped with an ebony fingerboard carrying 22 narrow tall frets. A 12-inch radius supports smooth chord work and lead lines, while the Graph Tech TUSQ nut, staggered sealed tuners, and satin urethane finish ensure stable tuning and effortless movement along the neck. The design balances comfort and precision, making it easy to navigate across the entire fingerboard.

Its electronics combine Fender and Fishman’s Acoustic Engine system with three pickup sources: an under-saddle piezo, an internal body sensor, and a magnetic Acoustasonic Shawbucker. Controlled via a master volume, blend knob, and five-way selector, these pickups provide a wide palette of acoustic and electric tones in one instrument. A modern asymmetrical bridge with TUSQ pins and chrome hardware completes the setup, offering a guitar that seamlessly bridges the worlds of acoustic warmth and electric versatility.
