Gretsch G5655TG Electromatic Center Block Jr. Cadillac Green Electric Guitar

Quick Product Summary

The Gretsch G5655TG Electromatic Center Block Jr. in Cadillac Green combines unmistakable Gretsch style with a compact centre-block design built for powerful amplified performance. Its 14" laminated maple body houses a chambered spruce centre block, helping deliver lively resonance while providing greater control when using higher gain and stage volumes.

Dual Black Top Broad'Tron humbucking pickups provide plenty of punch, clarity and definition, while the Bigsby B70 vibrato adds classic expressive pitch movement. Finished in deep Cadillac Green with gleaming gold hardware, gold pickguard and distinctive Gretsch appointments, the G5655TG looks every bit as impressive as it sounds.

What Makes the Gretsch G5655TG Special?

The smaller Center Block Jr. body provides a comfortable alternative to a traditional full-size semi-hollow guitar without sacrificing the resonance and character players expect from Gretsch. Its chambered spruce centre block adds structural stability and helps resist unwanted feedback, making the guitar equally comfortable with clean, overdriven and higher-gain sounds.

A pair of Black Top Broad'Tron pickups gives the G5655TG a bold and articulate amplified voice, while individual pickup volume controls, master tone and a master volume with treble bleed provide flexible control on stage. Add the Bigsby B70, anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge and premium gold hardware, and this is a highly distinctive guitar for both traditional and contemporary styles.
