Marshall MG50GFX 50W 1x12 Guitar Combo Amplifier – B-Stock
Description
Quick Product Summary
The Marshall MG50GFX is a versatile 50-watt solid-state guitar combo designed to cover everything from clean practice tones to powerful Marshall overdrive. With four selectable channels, a 12" custom speaker and an extensive collection of onboard digital effects, it offers a flexible all-in-one setup for home practice, rehearsals, recording and live performance.
Channel settings can be stored and recalled, while the included footswitch provides convenient hands-free control. Add a three-band EQ, built-in tuner, effects loop, auxiliary input and emulated headphone output, and the MG50GFX becomes a highly practical amplifier for players who want plenty of tonal options without building a large pedalboard.
What Makes the Marshall MG50GFX Special?
The MG50GFX combines the straightforward operation of a traditional Marshall combo with useful modern features. Its Clean, Crunch, OD1 and OD2 channels cover a broad tonal range, while the onboard reverb, modulation, octave and delay effects allow you to build more expansive sounds directly from the amplifier.
With 50 watts of output through a custom 12" speaker, it has enough power for rehearsals and many live situations while remaining practical for home and studio use. The series effects loop also makes it easy to integrate your favourite external pedals and processors.
Who Is It For?
The Marshall MG50GFX is particularly well suited to:
-
Guitarists wanting classic Marshall-inspired clean, crunch and overdrive tones.
-
Developing players looking for an amplifier they can continue using beyond home practice.
-
Rehearsing and gigging musicians who need more power than a compact practice amp.
-
Players who want built-in effects without relying on a separate pedalboard.
-
Rock, blues, indie, alternative, punk and metal guitarists.
-
Home players who need an emulated headphone output for quieter practice.
-
Musicians who want to integrate external pedals through a dedicated effects loop.

Yes. A tuner is built directly into the amplifier, reducing the need for a separate tuning pedal during practice or rehearsal.
Is the Marshall MG50GFX suitable for gigging?
