Roland RDH-100A Heavy-Duty Kick Pedal with Low Acoustic Noise
Description
Quick Product Summary
The Roland RDH-100A Heavy-Duty Kick Pedal with Low Acoustic Noise is a professional single bass drum pedal designed to deliver responsive acoustic-style performance while helping reduce unwanted vibration during electronic drum practice.
Featuring a dual-chain drive, smooth bearing hinge and self-aligning beater, the RDH-100A provides a solid and consistent pedal response for demanding playing. Integrated noise-reduction features derived from Roland's acclaimed Noise Eater technology help minimise both in-room operating noise and vibration transmitted through floors, making it particularly useful for home V-Drums setups.
What Makes the Roland RDH-100A Special?
One of the challenges with electronic drums is that while headphone practice reduces audible drum sound, the physical impact of the kick pedal can still transfer vibration through floors. The RDH-100A incorporates noise-reduction technology derived from Roland's Noise Eater system, helping control this mechanical noise without sacrificing pedal feel.
Its professional double-chain drive, smooth bearing hinge and self-aligning beater provide the solid response expected from quality acoustic drum hardware. Compatibility with all Roland kick trigger pads also makes the RDH-100A an easy upgrade for a wide range of V-Drums configurations.
Who Is It For?
The Roland RDH-100A is ideal for V-Drums players, home drummers, students, studio musicians and live performers looking for a dependable single kick pedal with reduced acoustic noise and vibration.
It is especially useful in flats, upstairs rooms, shared households and home studios where reducing vibration transfer can make electronic drum practice considerably more practical.
