The Yamaha YTR-2330 is the latest version of Yamaha's main student trumpet, an instrument that has assisted in the development of thousands of trumpeters all over the world.  The Yamaha YTR-2330 trumpet is the ideal instrument for beginners and students alike. While being light and easy to play, the instrument still has a focused and precise sound with great intonation. New Design

With a redesigned valve system, the pistons themselves feature a durable Monel alloy construction which not only provides additional strength but also maximizes sound quality too. The bottom caps and piston buttons have also being redesigned, helping to give the instrument a longer life and a deeper tone. The 2nd and main tuning slides have also been produced using craftsmanship that is normally reserved for professional instruments, ensuring unparalleled control and projection. The balanced weight and addition of an adjustable third valve trigger allows for a natural hand position and promotes proper playing technique, while the water key on the third valve slide adds to the ease of use and overall playability of the instrument.

Leadpipe Through to Bell

The Yamaha YTR2330's medium-large bore ensures playing is smooth and easy, while also providing a light response. This also ensures that the correct amount of resistance is continuous, meaning it's easy to put plenty of air through the instrument without the need for a huge lung capacity. Highly durable monel alloy pistons as well as newly designed piston buttons and bottom caps help lengthen the life of the instrument while also maximizing sound quality.The durable yet light two-piece yellow brass bell promotes proper technique and endurance, as well as perfect playability and delivers a consistent, vibrant tone.
