Roland DP-2 Damper Pedal (momentary footswitch)
Description
Quick Product Summary
The Roland DP-2 Damper Pedal is a compact momentary footswitch designed for straightforward hands-free control of compatible keyboards and electronic equipment. When connected to a suitable keyboard pedal input, it can function as a traditional sustain pedal, allowing notes to continue sounding while the pedal is held down.
Its non-latching operation also makes the DP-2 useful beyond keyboards, including compatible Roland and BOSS recording equipment where it can perform functions such as punch-in and punch-out control.
What Makes the Roland DP-2 Special?
Simple, compact and dependable, the DP-2 provides an easy way to add momentary pedal control without taking up unnecessary floor space. Its long 2.9-metre cable provides useful flexibility when positioning the pedal around keyboards, stands and recording setups.
Because the DP-2 operates as a non-latching momentary switch, its function is determined by the equipment it is connected to. This makes it a versatile accessory for compatible keyboards, synthesizers and selected recording products.
