What Makes the Schecter C-1 Standard Special?
The C-1 Standard brings the familiar ergonomics of Schecter's C-series guitars into an accessible package without losing the features that make these instruments particularly appealing to modern players. The mahogany body and figured burl top create a premium appearance beneath the Black Fade Burst finish, while black hardware and binding complement its darker aesthetic. A roasted maple Thin "C" neck, 14" fingerboard radius and 24 jumbo frets provide a streamlined playing surface suitable for chords, riffing and faster lead techniques.
Its two Schecter Diamond Standard humbuckers keep the electronics straightforward and effective. The bridge pickup provides greater attack for riffs and driven lead tones, while the neck pickup delivers a warmer and fuller response. Master volume, master tone and three-way switching make it easy to dial in useful sounds without unnecessary complexity.
Who Is It For?
The Schecter C-1 Standard is an excellent choice for guitarists who want modern playability and powerful humbucker tones in a versatile fixed-bridge instrument.
It is particularly well suited to:

Rock and hard-rock guitarists
-
Metal players
-

Why Choose A Fixed-Bridge Dual-Humbucker Guitar?
A dual-humbucker electric guitar provides full-bodied tone and naturally reduced electrical hum, making this configuration particularly effective when using overdrive and distortion. It also remains versatile enough for warmer clean sounds and more restrained playing styles.
The fixed Schecter Diamond Hardtail bridge keeps the guitar straightforward to restring and maintain while providing a stable platform for alternate tunings and everyday use. For players who do not need tremolo effects, this combination offers an excellent balance of simplicity, versatility and performance.
