The Schecter C-5 Standard Burl in Tobacco is a high-performance five-string bass that combines visual elegance with powerful tonal capabilities. Its body is crafted from mahogany with a figured burl top, finished in Tobacco and accented with black single-ply binding along the body and neck. This construction provides rich, resonant low-end tones while offering a sophisticated and striking appearance suitable for stage or studio use.

The neck is made from roasted maple with a Thin "C" profile, paired with a rosewood fingerboard featuring a 16″ radius and 24 jumbo frets. The 35″ scale length supports extended-range play and provides clear, punchy low-end response. White pearloid dot inlays mark the frets for easy navigation, while the graphite nut ensures stable tuning and smooth string action across the fingerboard, enhancing overall playability.

Electronics consist of Schecter Diamond Standard soapbar pickups at both the bridge and neck positions, controlled by independent volume and tone knobs for each pickup. This setup delivers a versatile tonal palette, from deep, full-bodied lows to articulate mids and bright highs.
