Description
Delivery within 1-3 working days.
The Schecter C-5 Standard in Charcoal Satin is a sleek, extended-range bass designed for players who want a blend of elegance, comfort, and tonal power. Its mahogany body topped with ash creates a balanced tonal foundation, delivering warm lows with a bright, articulate top end. The Charcoal Satin finish highlights the wood’s natural beauty without being overly flashy, while the ergonomic body contouring ensures comfortable playing whether you’re standing on stage or seated in the studio. The long 35-inch scale length provides excellent string tension, making it ideal for maintaining clarity on the low B string.
A roasted maple neck shaped into a thin “C” profile offers a smooth and stable playing experience, while the rosewood fingerboard with a 16-inch radius provides a comfortable surface for both fast runs and intricate chord work. With 24 jumbo frets, the C-5 Standard offers an extended range for melodic lines higher up the neck. The graphite nut adds tuning stability and consistency, and paired with Schecter’s reliable bass tuners, it’s a setup built for precision.
For tone, the Schecter Diamond Standard soapbar pickups deliver punchy mids, deep lows, and a clear top end, making them versatile enough for rock, metal, funk, or modern pop. Independent volume and tone controls for each pickup allow you to blend sounds to your liking, whether you want the deep thump of the neck pickup, the articulate bite of the bridge, or a combination of both. Anchoring it all is the Schecter Diamond bass bridge, providing rock-solid intonation and sustain, making this bass a dependable partner for both live gigs and recording sessions.
