Boss SDE-3000D Dual Digital Delay Pedal, (Used)
The Boss SDE-3000D Dual Digital Delay is a digital delay pedal designed as a floor-based recreation of the classic Roland SDE-3000 rack unit from the 1980s. It contains two independent delay engines with adjustable delay times up to 3000 ms, each offering modulation, panning, and phase control. The pedal also includes adjustable low-cut and high-cut filters to shape delay feedback tones and supports series or parallel routing for flexible signal configurations.
The unit features stereo inputs and outputs that allow operation in dual mono, wet/dry, or full stereo setups. It includes three onboard footswitches for memory selection, tap tempo, and hold functions, along with external control options for up to four footswitches, two expression pedals, and MIDI connectivity via TRS jacks. A total of 100 memory slots are available for storing presets, and the interface includes a retro-style LED display based on the original rack unit design.
Powered by an AC adaptor, the pedal draws approximately 450 mA of current and features a metal enclosure measuring about 199 mm by 135 mm by 54 mm, weighing roughly 1.1 kg. Connectivity includes USB-C for system integration, dual 1/4-inch audio inputs and outputs, and dedicated control and MIDI ports, supporting extensive routing and external control in stage or studio environments.
