The Ibanez RG421AHM-BMT Standard RG in Blue Moon Burst is a solid-body electric guitar from the Ibanez RG Standard series, built around the company’s long-running high-performance superstrat platform. It features an ash body finished in gloss Blue Moon Burst, paired with a bolt-on maple Wizard III neck and maple fingerboard with black dot inlays. The guitar uses a 25.5-inch scale length, a 16-inch fingerboard radius, and 24 jumbo frets designed for fast technical playing and extended upper-register access.

The hardware includes a fixed F106 bridge with string-through-body construction, Cosmo Black hardware, and sealed tuning machines. The Wizard III neck profile uses a thin, flat geometry with reinforced construction dimensions measuring 19 mm at the first fret and 21 mm at the twelfth fret. The ash body construction produces a bright and articulate response, while the fixed bridge design focuses on tuning stability and direct string transfer without tremolo hardware.

The electronics consist of two Ibanez Quantum ceramic humbuckers in bridge and neck positions, controlled through a five-way selector switch with master volume and master tone controls.
