The NUX Komp Core Deluxe Compressor Pedal is an analogue compressor effects pedal designed for electric guitar that provides dynamic control and sustain while preserving the natural character of your playing. It uses an all‑analogue circuit and true bypass switching so the original signal remains unaffected when the pedal is disengaged. Controls include knobs for Sustain, Level, Attack and Blend, along with a three‑way mode selector that lets you choose between different compression intensities such as Clip, Clean and Normal, tailored for various pickup outputs and playing styles. It is powered by a 9 V battery or external 9 V DC adaptor (not included).

The pedal’s Blend control allows you to mix the compressed signal with your dry tone, enabling transparent compression or more pronounced sustain as needed. The three compression modes adjust how the circuit responds to input gain, making it suitable for single‑coil or humbucker pickups without colouring your sound. The Attack control shapes how quickly the compression engages, giving precise control over dynamics and responsiveness.
