FGN Iliad BIL2-R-HS Burgundy Mist, (Used)

The FGN Iliad BIL2-R-HS Burgundy Mist is a bolt-on electric guitar combining classic Tele-style design with modern refinements. The body is made of basswood with a contoured back for comfort, and the neck is one-piece maple in a “U” shape. The rosewood fingerboard has 22 medium frets and features FGN’s Circle Fretting System (C.F.S.), with a scale length of 25.5 inches, supporting smooth playability across the fretboard.

The guitar is equipped with an FGN humbucker in the neck position and an FGN single-coil in the bridge. Controls include a master volume, a master tone with a push-pull coil-tap for the neck humbucker, and a three-way pickup selector switch. This setup allows a range of tones from warm humbucker sounds to crisp single-coil character.

Hardware consists of a 6-saddle modern T-style bridge for precise intonation and Gotoh SD91-05M tuning machines for stable tuning. The finish is gloss Burgundy Mist, giving the guitar a distinctive metallic look. Additional features include a sculpted neck joint for easier access to upper frets and a compound-radius fingerboard that transitions from 350 mm at the heel to 250 mm at the nut.
