Quick Product Summary

The Roland CB-B76 is a durable padded carrying bag designed for compatible 76-note keyboards, synthesizers and stage instruments. Part of Roland's Black Series, it combines robust construction with generous internal padding to help keep your instrument protected during regular travel, rehearsals, lessons and storage.

A soft interior helps safeguard the keyboard's finish, while practical carrying options and a spacious external accessory compartment make it easy to transport essential cables, pedals and power supplies alongside your instrument.

What Makes the Roland CB-B76 Special?

Transporting a 76-note keyboard can be awkward, particularly when other stage equipment also needs to travel. The CB-B76 provides a purpose-built padded solution, with substantial cushioning to help protect against everyday knocks and a soft lining to reduce the risk of scratches and scuffs.

Its practical design is equally useful for working musicians and home players. Convenient carrying options make moving the instrument easier, while dedicated accessory storage keeps smaller pieces of equipment together instead of requiring an additional bag.

• 76-note keyboard players

• Synthesizer and workstation owners

• Stage keyboard players

• Gigging musicians

• Rehearsing bands

Its soft-case construction also keeps overall weight substantially lower than many rigid keyboard cases.

Accessory Storage

A dedicated external compartment provides useful space for smaller equipment such as:

• Power supplies

• Sustain pedals

• USB cables

• Sheet music

• Small keyboard accessories

Compatibility

The Roland CB-B76 is intended for compatible 76-note keyboards and stage instruments.

Keyboard dimensions can vary considerably between models, even when they have the same number of keys. The dimensions of the instrument should therefore be checked before purchase when compatibility has not already been confirmed.

Protection

The padded design helps protect your instrument from:

• Everyday knocks

• Minor impacts

• Scratches

• Scuffs

• Dust during storage

• General wear associated with transportation

The CB-B76 is a padded soft bag rather than a rigid flight case, so additional protection should be considered for freight, airline baggage or demanding touring applications.

FAQs

What size keyboard is the Roland CB-B76 designed for?

The CB-B76 is designed for compatible 76-note keyboards, synthesizers and stage instruments.

Will every 76-note keyboard fit?

Not necessarily. Keyboards with the same number of keys can vary significantly in depth, height and overall width, so compatibility should always be checked for your particular instrument.

Is the CB-B76 padded?

Yes. Thick internal padding helps cushion the keyboard against the bumps and knocks associated with normal transportation.

Does it have a soft interior?

Yes. The interior is designed to protect the instrument's cabinet and finish against scratches and scuffs while it is being carried or stored.

Does the bag have accessory storage?

Yes. An external storage compartment provides space for suitable smaller accessories such as cables, power supplies, pedals and music.

Is the keyboard included?

No. This listing is for the Roland CB-B76 carrying bag only.

Is the CB-B76 suitable for gigging?

Yes. Its durable construction, protective padding and accessory storage make it a practical choice for musicians travelling regularly between rehearsals and performances.

Can I use the bag for a synthesizer?

Yes, provided the synthesizer's overall dimensions are compatible with the CB-B76.

Is it suitable for keeping a keyboard stored at home?

Yes. The bag can help protect a compatible instrument from dust, scratches and accidental contact when it is not in use.

Is it lighter than a hard case?

A padded soft bag will generally be considerably lighter than a rigid hard or flight case, making it more convenient for musicians who carry their own equipment.

Is the Roland CB-B76 a flight case?

No. It is a padded soft carrying bag intended primarily for everyday transport and storage.

Should I use a flight case for touring?

For heavy touring, freight or checked airline baggage, a suitable rigid flight case would offer greater impact and crush protection.
